Bleeding

I bled for 6 weeks after my son, who was delivered by ECS. I think it's v normal, but call the midwife if you are concerned at all :)

Ive also birthed on the 2nd first week was not bad at all now its gone soooo much worse I don’t think ive ever bled this heavy !

Yeah the midwife said it can almost stop and then come back. With my first I bled for about 9 weeks, but I think some of that was my first period aswell. I'm not bleeding very heavily now, it's been 6 days for me, but I'm aware that could all change! X

I bled for 6/7 weeks with my first! It’s horrid but does eventually stop ❤️

My bleeding also stopped and started again

i also gave birth on the 2nd and my bleeding seemed to stop yesterday. with my first, i'm pretty sure it stopped and started again, i ended up bleeding about 5 weeks in total xx

I know it is hard to tell but you shouldn't be bleeding from the episiotomy. Took about 4 weeks with my first to stop, now 6 days pp with 3nd and still heavy. Of course get big gushes after feeding still

I also gave birth on the 2nd and was wondering this! I can’t remember how long it took with my first but pads are really starting to annoy me!
