Weaning off Bottle

Hi, I did take my son off the bottle when he was 12 months old. I switched him by just taking the bottles away straight to the cup, and he brought them to it. I used the mam sports cup as it was the same brand as his bottles.

My daughter has recently lost interest and stopped asking for milk/bottle and she’ll be 2 in a 3 days

@Kaylie okay 😭 my boy is 16m and still uses bottle but lately he would show on and off that he doesn’t want it. so I guess we’re on the right track if it’s not to late to wean off. My goal is to have him off completely, it before he turns 2

My little boy was 2 in July & still loves a bottle it’s such a comfort to him & I don’t see the problem?? Havnt even tried to take them away from him as we have another baby who just turned 1 so he was only 14months when she was born so if anything he started having more bottles again when she arrived as he would always steal & finish off her bottles or scream for them as I was feeding her so was easier to just make them one each x
