Are this vitamins safe to take while breastfeeding?

I don’t see why they’d be unsafe. Vitamin A is only harmful when taken in excess amounts which this wouldn’t be. I would personally go for it but can also ask a GP / HV if you wanna be extra cautious:)

I once got told, whatever you couldn’t have while pregnant it’s the same for breastfeeding but that is with food. I would pop into a boots of pharmacy and just ask to confirm if safe while feeding xx

The Vitamin A in this product is low

Thank you 😊 the breastfeeding vitamins are so expensive and this is one are 1/3 of the price. I just want some to boost my immune system before winter season

Breastfeeding vitamins has vitamins for the baby though like iron, vitamin k etc x

Talk to your midwife, they usually have vitamins to give out for free x
