I’m on a fitness group on fb and someone is asking what exercises they could do to get this “bbl shape” without getting the bbl

Is there anything you can actually do to achieve this without getting a bbl?😅

I’m not too educated on fitness but I feel that’s genetic and lots of strength training and squats

Girrrrl I doubt that’s real but I would say to keep bulking lifting heavy and getting lean once or twice get the fat down but keep muscle is my opinion it’s a lot of work if you want something similar naturally I dabble and have similar goals🤣

My sister uses my body as bbl inspo well my pre baby body. Right now my booty kinda sad. That said, I kid a lot of Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts, reverse lunges and squats of all variations. Accessory work too like side leg lifts, clamshells, bridges. Gotta have well rounded strength

FYI those were my pre pregnancy pics. I'm currently trying to get back to that but I did retain size in my glutes. Just gotta lose the belly now.
