If you saw your kid buckled into the car seat like this how would you react? Safe or not safe?

I think it looks a little loose. However the chest piece is in the appropriate position.

I’d tell them thank you for buckling him in and your glad the chest piece is in the appropriate position however the straps need to be aligned properly and not twisted and then explain how to do the pinch test.

I don’t think it’s unsafe honestly just twisted lol I don’t know what everybody is talking about I wouldn’t personally like my baby being in the uncomfortable straps but he’s strapped in properly 🤷‍♀️

@Kodi if it was anyone else I would. But this was her father. He knows better. He just hates dealing with the twisted straps so he left them. Laziness is not an excuse for safety in my book, especially not when it comes to my baby. 💪

My husband straps our son in like this it annoys the living shit out of me all the time!!!

I would be PISSED! I only let my husband and my mother buckle my girl in. The straps being twisted and so loose is so so unsafe and dangerous. This would cause a huge argument and lead to trust issues for me. Seems crazy but my anxiety in the car is already 500.. cannot even fathom if i saw my girl buckled like that. I’m crazy ik lol

I would be upset, as you stated you can’t be lazy when it comes to your child’s safety. My boyfriend struggled with making sure the clip was in the right spot and I had to be on him about it. Now he buckles him in right and I don’t have to worry about it. Also unrelated but where is the outfit from? It’s so cute!
