Car seat

Anyone has this car seat ? Or maybe a 360 ? We got it at our baby shower April 2023. We just open it because my daughter grew out of her infant car seat barely. We installed it just like it said (it had a video also) We put it in it did the whole 360. My daughter was taking nap when putting it on. When I went to take it off to fix the stamps for my daughter it didn’t want to do the 360 or come off it won’t even go to the 2 red arrows. I tried to look up videos and the instructions & I see nothing Anyone know hot to fix that ? Is it broken ? Has that happened to you ? What should I do ?
