omg I used adult diapers and they were a life changer!!!! I bled very heavily because I had a c section and never bled through with them!!! They’re a little pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion.. I’m even thinking about buying them for my cycles too… I bought the Depend Silhouette Skin Guard and they were great!! I find them to be much more comfortable than a pad and you also have the comfort of knowing you’re not going to bleed through

Adult diapers for the win. The depends silhouette were super comfy

Adult diapers 100%. I didn’t wanna even begin to mess with the pad and underwear. The diapers are so much easier to use. I just got the Assurance brand from Walmart cause they’re cheaper than other brands

I did disposable underwear and a pad, but I didn't bleed that much after a few days. I used Frida disposable underwear. Much more comfortable than the hospital provided ones that gave me a rash. ETA: I never thought of adult diapers, but they look like the clear winner.

Adult nappies. Personally found them sooooo much more convenient and comfortable 🤍

Adult nappies 🙏 the tena silhouette ones I found to be really good, never had any leaks 🙂

@Laura I didn’t even think about using them for cycles too. I’m pregnant now but yes I’ll definitely think about using them for my cycles too. They are so dang comfortable and convenient!

@Morgan right!! I have heavier cycles so they definitely come in handy.. I bleed through pads no matter how thick and long they are😭

Adult diapers for sure! It holds everything in better than just a bad, especially if you choose to use ice packs or witch hazel pads.

@Laura I’ve also been using them for cycles. I LOATHE pads and that I’ve been introduced to adult diapers for my periods after having my first and not being able to use a tampon cause it hurts, they’ve been amazing!!

I did postpartum underwear and pads… the adult diapers were really uncomfortable for me along my stomach

I found the Frida mom disposable underwear with a pad the most comfortable!

I used what was provided by the hospital and was fine. I changed into my regular underwear and heavy pads the first full day I was home. I had a c-section. I had brought adult diapers and asked my nurse about them. She didn’t recommend them because they wouldn’t let my scar properly breathe 🤷‍♀️ I was fine with it.

Adult diapers until the bleeding was less enough to use overnight pads with wings to regular pads during the day I did see at target they started selling Always postpartum underwear/diapers in postpartum/breastfeeding/baby section. Interested in knowing if those work

Adult nappies are blissful. I still use them when my periods are awful now at night. Game changer.

I used the frida mom pp underwear.

I just used pads as I didn’t bleed a lot and was told it’s due to them taking away a lot of the blood during the procedure.

@Laura oh dang. Ya. I wear a super plus tampon cause my cycles are heavy also. So it would come in handy to not wear a pad and just use those. With the tampon on the heavier days and then I would just wear one of the adult diapers when I lighten up.

Adult diapers. The pads can irritate the scar as they are so long.

I did very high rise adult diapers after my c-section! I had twins so my bleeding was a tad more than usually expected and I LOVED them! The were comfy, no drama and I never leaked. Totally would recommend
