I’m 21 weeks too and definitely going through this! It’s most tender for me when I stand up for the first time after sitting, feels like my lower abdomen is over stretching and bruised inside - first time for me as well so just hoping it’s all normal!
I am also 21 weeks and I have no idea if I’m getting round ligament pain where abouts is the pain area? I have been getting restless legs nearly every night which is so annoying x and little pain in lower abdomen but nothing I can’t handle x
For me it’s a lower abdomen ache but first time it’s been noticeable today
@Becky same or stepping over things as an example. Honestly first time I’ve noticed it. Doesn’t help I’m not overly feeling him yet with an anterior placenta
I had ligament pain when I got up too quick it's gone now
