If you suspect it's broken and can't see a doctor, try to rest and elevate your foot as much as possible. You could also consider using ice packs to reduce swelling and pain. Maybe see if there are any local clinics or community health centers that offer low-cost or free medical services. Take care of yourself! 🩹👣
My spouse broke their foot a few weeks ago by dropping a motorcycle on it, and has had to be in an aircast since. I had the same injuries in highschool but walked it off and have permanent issues with that foot including arthritis and having to wear specialty shoes now a decade later. Don't fuck with your feet they're important
Yeaaaa go to the doctors. You can always make payment plans. Just tell them you don’t have the money and they should work with you. They legally can’t turn down a person who needs help
Keep ur foot elevated. Hot compress, take Tylenol. Apply balm which is for pain and wrap it. If u have insurance then go to doctor, if not wait for few days, if pain worsen go to urgent care?
