When he turns 1 year in April just after winter goes away and the viral infection slows down from nursery. Back to work in May

Maybe 3 years or 12 months… kinda depends on if I quit my job to be a carer for my kids, we have not have a simple experience of childcare because of disabilities. My first was 13 months with a childminder. My second was about 14/15 months with babysitters.
When I go back to work in May for one day a week hopefully
