You are not entitled to any of it but your husband maybe able to claim it
Is the child your husband’s child and is he/she on the birth certificate? If yes, he can claim whatever you are entitled to for the child.
Do it through your husband
@Sophie yes I do, but I don't have one of the 3 other things required
@Zeina no, but if your husband does he can apply, then underneath where it says “if you have a partner, they must have an NI number too”, you tick that box
Do it all through him. My husband is the same “no public funds” at all for his visa so everything is through me as the UK national

Hello, I believe if you go on the Gov website you should be able to search it … But I’m pretty sure anything child care related comes under “Public Funds” I could be wrong I’m not 100% sure
