If you feel your supply is getting low try eating oatmeal and put 1-2 tsps of coconut oil in it and make sure you stay hydrated. If you have days where you’re too busy to eat, try getting Boost, Ensure, or some other form of a protein drink so it doesn’t take away too much focus on the tasks you need to get done
