Thank you! I actually used my breast pumps today rather than the haakaa as I wasn’t getting anything the past 2 days with it. I had my breast pump on massage setting level 1 and just sat on the sofa watching telly. 1 hour later I checked and had this! Xx

@Divine I’m 36w tomorrow and I started at 35+4 but I was using the haakaa and not getting any at all. Used the pump today and it went so much better. I was approved by my doctor to start when I did, they normally say to wait until at least 36w xx

be careful . Pumping during pregnancy can stimulate the release of oxytocin, which can cause contractions and potentially increase the risk of miscarriage

I’ve been pumping since 34 weeks, still pregnant and he’s perfectly happy in there 38 weeks now… nothing can make them come before they’re ready despite the common opinions
