I hate when someone makes "pulled pork" but they put the bbq sauce on the side instead...let that thang marinate in that bbq 😭

I don’t eat pulled pork, but love pulled chicken, which is the same concept! I personally think just dry ass meat is a bit weird, but everyone has different preferences!
If it's cooked well, the pulled pork won't be dry. I don't ever put the sauce on of its on the side though because it never tastes right to me
I love mixing different flavors of BBQ sauce and letting it marinate 🤤
I like it on the side cuz if it’s been sitting in the sauce too long it gets mushy/soggy and soggy/mushy food genuinely makes me cry.
I don’t like mixing it with the sauce. It hides the pork flavor!
