I've taken a pregnancy test (5) all positive and want advice😥 my baby is only 4 months old and I had a c section

This was me too! I had my first baby last July via emergency C-section. When she was 4 months old I got a positive pregnancy test. I had my second baby this July just gone! Feel free to message me if you’d like ❤️
Youll be much closer monitored but you can do it 💗💗
