How do you use the boots recycling app I don’t get it and also when I put my empty Kendamil tubs on it rejects it in so confused

I use it, I love it! Also their customer service is really good, if you send an email they reply pretty quick and it's always an actual person who can kind of explain things better
@Rhian yes you just twist it and it comes off.
Basically you scan items in advance and get them approved. Then you drop off 5 in store and scan the QR code. You get a voucher that you scan when you buy more than £10 of items and receive £5 back in points. I do it a lot and have used it to buy stage 2 formula.

It rejects the tubs as they’re not made of plastic. You need to separate the lid as the lid is accepted and also the scoop.
