Baby carriers !?

lol artipope is overrated… researched into it and really even baby wearing consultants do say they’re “okay” but not a must have. We bought ergobaby omni breeze which had the best review in terms of baby’s ergonomic when worn. For newborn I think better to have the softer cloth slings which are better support as baby can be much closer to ur chest and less chunky. I’m looking for one too. Following this conversation to see other people’s recommendation. Although I kinda have my eyes set on izmi or freerider

We bought the Chekoh baby carrier! I can’t wait to use it. Very similar to the Artipoppe with really lovely designs but half the price. Plus, as an Aussie in the UK… I love to rep Aussie brands 😂

@Jovan I’m open to a sling or carrier and I’ve done tons of research into different brands but that’s now the issue 😂 I’ve done so much I now don’t know what brand to go with so thought I’d put the feelers out to see what the majority is going with 😅 x

Baby bjorn for me!

Do you have a local sling library where you could go and try some out before you commit? See what you like. Places like Vinted are FULL of things like this, in really good knick and much cheaper than RRP. I bought a Baby Bjorn off there for a fraction of the price and it was immaculate. x

I like the look of the ergo baby omni breeze, they are all so expensive though! It’s hard to decide.

Just be careful tho… some too good to be true deals are fakes…. I’ve recently had this verified by ergobaby and been confirmed the cheaper one I bought were fake… hence got rid, reported and bought an authentic one at another price. best keep an eye out for a good deal from authorised retailer..

So I have bought an ergo embrace, I used a close caboo early days for my first and we also have a Tula free to grow with beautiful designs on it. Definitely try a couple for size and the sling library and then fully recommend vinted/eBay/marketplace to get one secondhand
