Home made sausage rolls - easiest thing in the world and one of the nicest 😍😍 Ingredients - Sausage meat Ready rolled puff pastry Egg Dash of milk Sage Method - In a bowl, mix your sausage meat with a sprinkle of sage , 2 teaspoons of water and mix Open out your pastry sheet spoon half the mix onto one side length ways of it and fold the pastry over repeat on the other side. Cut into smaller pieces Brush with egg and milk wash Poke each piece with a fork Into the oven 180 for 20 mins until crispy and golden

If you use a pair of scissors and just make a small snip in the top then thats how you get the little slit in the top of the pastry x

Level em up my friend, 2 tbs of your favourite chutney mixed in with your sausage meat 👌🏻 total game changer. Also a sprinkle of Nigella seeds on top.
