Could you feel breech baby turn over?
So my baby is breech and I'm going to start spinning babies exercises to try and get her to turn..I was wondering anyone who's baby had flipped over to cephalic felt the baby turn? I don't want her to turn over, me not knowing continue the exercises. And then her turn back! X
It’s hard to know for sure without an ultrasound. I did those exercises and my baby turned successfully. I did feel a lot of things but not sure if I was just imagining it. They do mention that those exercises can be done even if the baby is not breech. In Short if baby wants to flip back they can do so regardless of if you continue doing the exercises or not. I would recommend scheduling an ultrasound a week -10 days out to check. If turned then stop doing the exercises and hope for the best!
