AIBU for being annoyed no ones come to help in hospital?

I had a C Section nearly 24 hours ago. My mum came up to look after our 18 month old LG so my partner could be here for the birth. My mum came in for an hour at the end of visiting while my partner had our daughter. The spinal wore off during the procedure and it wasn’t a very nice experience and the hospital I’m in is SHOCKING and I’ve never known staff to be so rude. I was texting both my mum and partner after they left and I was texting my partner till midnight and mum till 4, I told them I can’t sleep because the babies were all setting each other off and my daughter stirred every half hour, I’ve had 3 hours sleep in 36 hours so I’m exhausted. I told them both yesterday for one of them to come at 9 so I can have a nap and have a rest because I’m really struggling. Low and behold no one has texted me or come in and they both know I wanted to get discharged asap. I just feel they don’t care and it’s really upset me I know lack of sleep and hormones play a big part but still 😞
