Cradle cap/Dry Scalp

I’ve been using mustela oil to moisturize before bathing then I use mustela cradle cap shampoo /cream and it isn’t helping and I use a cradle cap scrubber for flakes. Should I be moisturizing his head daily? Any tips? I don’t know what to do

@Rosa Do you apply this daily?

You know, I’m sorry, I literally cannot remember - think I was very sleep deprived at the time, and I literally cannot remember how often I applied it. But it worked quickly from what I remember. Online it says about using it regularly. Guess it should say on the box, I hope.

Kokoso works for cradle cap x

It wasn’t bad with my girl, but I just gave the scalp cooking oil and 10 minutes after “brushed” her scalp (tightly but carefully) with a louse comb.

I used coconut oil, massages that in and then brushed out the flakes with a fine tooth comb before a bath

Coconut oil was the only thing that worked for my baby I left it on for like an hour than washed her off and combed it. Than reapply after I did it twice in the week and it never came back again

Honestly I wouldn’t put anything on his head..all those chemicals..my baby has all his hair I just wipe it with a warm wash cloth every day and brush it if I see a dry patch I just put a little bit of aquaphor healing ointment..don’t irritate any more than it already is..and definitely dont scrub it out..it will look worst before it gets better boo..
