In the same stage.. sometimes i feel better sometimes it's totally opposite. Cry a lot during evenings. I'm seeing a therapist this weekend.
Get out the house ik it's the last thing u want to do when u feel like this trust me but sitting alone with no one but a crying baby makes it so much worse. Go out wiv baby and get a coffee or meet a friend even if it only for 30 minutes it'll feel amazing doing something more human again and it'll get easier
You need to get some help and support. Post natal depression is a big deal and you need to talk to your midwife x
Try going for a walk if that helps
