I did yes, I had a lot of spotting. They did an exam and as soon as they saw it was an eroding cervix they were relieved and left it alone. It's just caused by normal hormonal changes like birth control and pregnancy.
I had this before and during pregnancy. It didn't affect the baby at all. It was actually a huge relief because it meant that it wasn't the placenta or anything to do with the baby, it's just cervical cells growing in the wrong place. Can happen at any time but is more common in pregnancy. I wouldn't worry. If they think it's a concern they'll tell you x
