The gym

Any fitness Mummas willing to help me out? 🙏🏽. I’ve joined a gym for the first time in about 10 years (so proud of myself just for joining 😂). I can barely afford the membership on SMP never mind a personal trainer but I don’t have a clue what I’m doing! This is more for my mental health than anything so the goal isn’t really to lose weight but would like to tone up what I’ve got.. the classic hips, bums and tums. Any suggestions would be SO SO appreciated 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Weight training 🏋🏼‍♀️🙌🏻

I haven’t exercised since Covid 🤣 I second the weight training! If they don’t do classes and your plan to go a lot in the week it’s best to focus on different areas on different days.

Happy for you to message me if you want some tips, nearly lost 2 stone PP, and strongest I’ve ever been since my early 20s x

Amazing, thank you all so much 🤍. When I did go to the gym about 10 years I did weight training and mat exercises but I could not for the life of me remember exactly what I did - (I couldn’t even remember my phone number when asked today 😂)
