What should I do
My 1 year old daughter was in the kitchen and the bottom bit of the cupboard fell on her fingers! She cried out in pain for about 5 minutes but is now okay and asleep this was about 2 hours ago. I’m sure it will heal on its own but wouldn’t mind some more opinions as I’m worried it’s really saw for her!! Thank you x

Maybe give calpol for pain? x
Oh no. The nail will gradually fall off and regrow. You'll need to keep it clean and may consider trimming bits off as it starts to stick out so it doesn't catch on anything. I would run under cold water for the pain.

Don’t think it’d hurt to ask GP or health visitor anyway, it’s most likely nothing and fine but I just think whether the nail could be broken under the skin or something y’know? 🤷🏻♀️ x
