Threadworms

Hello, So on Saturday I noticed my daughter had worms in her poo this was late at night, so Sunday morning I went got the family treatment, and she is due to have the second dose in about 12 days time, but every time she has gone for a poo, there is loads of worms, do I need to contact the drs ?
