These were things we asked: what’s included in the price, babies to staff ratio, do they have a garden, how often they go for walks, which days they are closed throughout the year, do they have on-site chef, how often do they update you on their day to day activities (what they ate, how much they slept, activities etc), sickness policies etc

How do they update you on daily activities (some have video access, some send photos daily, some send them weekly) Nap times How often they go out If they go on trips/ whether trips will include travel (some nurseries took trips on the bus, on minibuses etc)
Do they supply nappies/wipe/milk or do you provide own Do they accept funding Any extra charge to top up funding What sickness/holiday policy can you swap day Any nursery closure weeks
