We had the derma frida cradle cap system for my little girl and used it with just normal child’s farm shampoo and it worked a treat x
I have the same issue with my LG with lots of hair. I've just been keeping on top of it by shampooing every other day and using a soft brush whilst wet. It hasn't made it go, but it keeps more at bay. I also cover her head in baby oil or the kit & kin miracle salve to soften it before a wash for a few hours. More comes away then. It's so annoying, though 😅
I had the same issue, I cut all her hair off , it was sad but worth it. Then applied Vaseline within few days it peeled off naturally , hair is growing back :)

@Erin I got 1 of those in blue for him I agree gets little bits off but not much. And I've done the oil/lotion and brushed and combed to then washed it....it's a night mare. My 1st (son) was bald with cradle cap so I was able to get rid of it quite easy....my 2nd (daughter) didn't have any cradle cap...now my 3rd (son) got it
