To vaccinate or not vaccinate

So lately there has been more talks about weather we should or shouldn’t do it. Just a mom who wants to see what other moms are thinking?

My baby hasn't had any bad effects but we only got one vaccine at her two month appt. I'm on the fence about others. It feels wrong in a way because she's so healthy and I feel like she has a great immune system. We've had colds, Covid stomach flu and she has not caught any of it. So part of me thinks she would be just fine without

To vaccinate always

In the same boat. We have friends who haven’t vaccinated, and it’s so intimidating looking at research supporting both sides. So far ours has gotten all her shots but we are definitely having second thoughts about it. So hard

Vaccinate … always vaccinate.

Please vaccinate your children. There’s a resurgence of previously eradicated like measles and there are people in the world like that are or delayed vaccine scheduled and they rely on the rest of being vaccinated. The absolutely do not cause Autism. I actually just wrote a paper about that ONE research paper that caused all this and the journal that has rescinded it because it has not been replicated and can’t be because there isn’t a link.

What @Khyia said!! Please vaccinate your children!!!!

I say do your research. There is a lot of opinions that other parents can have so the important thing to do is build your own recognition of what you think is best for your baby. I chose to vaccinate every time because of my daughter being seen heavily at the doctors due to surgeries she needs and because I work in healthcare and don’t want to run the risk of her not having the antibodies. It’s absolutely your choice and circumstance for what you choose to do for your baby. For me it’s more of a necessity and so my baby isn’t rescheduled and pushed back on surgery and medical care she needs. You are doing amazing mama!

@Khyia I agree!!! It’s also very mindful for other parents who have children with not so strong immune systems. We have two lines of defense. The adaptive and innate immune systems. The innate is the one we are born with that acts as a general shield while the other attacks specific intruders trying to infect. In babies it is still developing and learning. Vaccines help that

Thank you everyone I just don’t understand why people still get offended when you choose to vaccinate your children I don’t judge others for choosing not to

I get my boy vaccinated, if my baby got horribly sick and I could have done something to prevent it I'd feel awful... Better safe then sorry ❤️

my baby hasn’t gotten any vaccines and has never been sick and he has been exposed to sick people. he is a farm baby and outside and in the barns around animals ect. let the body do what’s it’s made to do without injecting harsh chemicals into it! read the ingredients and look into how many have black box warnings and you’ll think twice ☺️

@Anna Zabjek hope you don’t take birth control that does too.

@Anna Zabjek yea, also read about the diseases that the vaccines are for and what they do and the mortality rate before these vaccines were invented

@Anna Zabjek while the ingredients may be concerning. It’s also important to note how effective the vaccines are. Because of the polio vaccine, the disease is rarely found now. You may want to look into how the human body works as far as immune systems as well as credible articles that can back up your claim or dismiss your claim
