Frustrated

I am 37w and have a 3 year old and it’s like the closer it gets to his brother being hear the worst his behavior is getting I spend majority of my day with him as I am currently a sahm but would like to return to work after the new year but I don’t want to return to work if his behavior hasn’t improved as it can be difficult to keep him in a daycare. All he wants to do is jump climb run from me no matter where we go
