Dealing with a negative pregnancy test

I know my body. I can feel my period will come in 7 days' time. It will be hard as I dearly meant to fall pregnant. How do I cope?

All of the above. Learn to be happy in life with the possibility that it may never happen, I know that isn't easy at all and can take a lot time and effort, but also stay positive and keep an open mind- nothing is impossible and miracles can happen too! Take it easy on yourself, treat yourself, and get rest when needed. Be kind to yourself. Sometimes it happens when we least expect it, just focus on the things that make you happy and make you feel good and keep trying đź©· sending lots of love your way!

Personally a big believer in "what's for you won't pass you" I had been trying in the past and the timing with hindsight was all wrong. Keep up trying. They say the more you relax the more likely it is next time. The beauty of this is your next ovulation window is also coming shortly!

I treated myself to sushi and wine after my miscarriages. I watched rom coms and laid in bed and cried then I went out dancing and drinking with my friends. Not being pregnant when you want to really sucks, allow yourself to feel all the feels but then rally and do something fun.

If you’ve been trying for a year or longer, I’d recommend seeking out a fertility clinic. That doesn’t necessarily mean jumping right into IVF. They will do a work up of you and your partner to try and determine a cause and go from there. My sister only had to change her diet and track her cycle. I ended up getting an IUI. For the time being, treat yourself and be gentle with yourself.
