Yeah, should be able to get it from any pharmacy. I usually get it from boots
Fruit juice, fresh fruits, stay hydrated, try eating something with fibre (like porridge) and adding some flaxseed 🤗
Been struggling with this hugely! I’ve put myself on a strict diet of lactulose, Weetabix, Fibre bars and about 400 pints of water 😂 Honestly tho, drinking a ridiculous amount of water is the only real way of helping with constipation - especially if you’re planning on taking lactulose. It’s made me realise how dehydrated I have been! Xx
Take a couple of shots of lactulose daily. Xxx
Go to GP if it does not improve, they cab prescribed you somwthing. Constipation is very common in the third trimester. However, you don't want to still be constipated when baby comes. It is hard enough to go tot he toilet post partum, if you are also constipated (specially after c section) it will be very painful.
I suffered with this so so badly! Had figs, soft Prunes, soft Apricots, Greek yog and yakult daily...no idea which one of those helped but it's much improved! I also got one of those step stools so I can have my knees higher than my hips to poop and that helped loads too! Xx
