October half term
When does your nursery close for half term and opens? My LO new one closes for two weeks in October but I am sure it is meant to only be for a week closure. Our old nursery only close for a week during October.

Ours (London) doesn't close in October, only a week at Easter and over Christmas.
If it helps my sisters school (she’s a teacher) has a 2 week October half term.. but my daughters nursery is only 1 week going from 25th Oct - 1st Nov
I've not heard of a nursery closing for two weeks in October was quite shocked. I feel this particular nursery just does whatever it wants. Also my LO does some funded days and two days we pay for they said he is unable to attend for the two days because he is 39 weeks but surly that shouldn't affect the days we have paid for the month. The old nursery he would attend two days paid for and the funded not attend during half term.
