My LO was a Velcro baby and he pretty much lived in the ergobaby embrace carrier. I found it to be the perfect compromise between a softer wrap style carrier and a more structured one. If you’re after something a little bit more structured they do a few different models, they pretty much cover all the bases and their carriers are all hip safe
I used the Baby K-tan pre-wrapped with my first and I liked it but it comes in different sizes so when she was a little bigger it was definitely too tight so I’ll use that one again during the newborn stage since it’s so much easier with a newborn. Then I have the cloth one that I used and will be using when he gets a little older around the house. I don’t use that out because it’s too long and it happened to me before that it touches the ground in the streets and I don’t like that. So for going out and about I have the Ergo Baby Carrier. I love it, it feels like I’m not carrying anything. I’ll leave the links!
