Cycle messed up after miscarriage

Did anyone else’s mess up for a couple months after a chemical? I had a chemical in August, constantly tested for ovulation through September I had dark tests but not a positive persistently for a week, went light again and then dark again didn’t have a positive at all so I’m guessing that my body’s hormones is messed up from it as pretty sure I didn’t ovulate and now I’m 2 days late for AF which I don’t think will show due to no ovulation 🤦‍♀️ Any tips to get body back on track again😩🩷

My tests don’t always get obviously positive, what score did it get on premom ? xx

@Abi I fell pregnant with my ovulation tests just hitting 0.60 high but not a peak but this month I didn’t get any higher at all than 0.36 so I know I didn’t ovulate at all🤦‍♀️ I was really hoping my body would just continue as a new cycle after but guess I’m one of the unlucky ones! xx

I got pregnant straight after my chemical but had another chemical. It may not be too bad to give your body time to heal, I didn’t take my own advice and got pregnant straight after my second chemical and currently still pregnant, but early days xx

@Abi congratulations! Hope it goes well for you this time!🥰 I’m 12 months pp so my chemical wasn’t planned but it was happy news for us, we thought about it and would love to have them close together! I might give it until Christmas for my body to normalise a bit as my monthly’s have never been regular anyway so this has really affected it even more 😩 thank you xx

Sorry for your loss. I had my chemical back in November 2022. It took my body about 6 months to get a decent regular period xx

Thank you! I’m really sorry for your loss as well, it’s heartbreaking it really is❤️ thank you, i think like I said above I might leave it until Christmas time to try again hopefully my body will be in some sort of normality by then! Didn’t realise how much it would affect my body and think doing ovulation tests is making me stress more xx
