I agree with Gigi. I’ve also used breast milk in his bath or put some in it directly and it cleared it up.
same with the breast milk. and tubby todd “all over ointment”

My midwife says it's because of my changing hormones going into the breast milk that then the baby is processing out through their skin. It seems to be worse on some days than others. My LO is 4 weeks and it came back recently after being gone for a week. I take it as an opportunity to remember how much my body is changing and how connected we are.
My baby is experiencing the same things and I just wash his face with water and apply vaseline and it’s clearing up
My baby's was pretty bad when he was born and it was very minimal at 4 weeks, he had good days and bad days. It's gone now and he's going to be 6 weeks on Thursday. I didn't do anything to it since I was told it was my hormones.
Baby acne is normal, it’s the baby balancing its hormones. They’re packed with estrogen from being inside us, similar to the little “boobs” boys get. It’s just the body ridding its self of hormones.

Mine has baby acne since he was born. He’s a month old and it looks less irritated but it’s definitely still there. I asked my dermatologist cousin for advice and she said it’s hormonal and would go away on its own eventually, and I should just wash with water and/or gentle baby shampoo, no scrubbing, and use Vaseline if it looks dry.
