Kendamil comfort

@Catra has your little one been suffering with the same problems as well ? X

Yeah he’s 4 weeks today and has been badly constipated. He’s on lactulose but still goes 36+ hours without passing anything sometimes x

@Catra it’s the same with her as well! The other day we gone at least 4 days until she had a poo, got me soo anxious. Been debating going on that formula for a bit of time. Just worried it will upset her tummy even more x

He’s been the same it’s so hard isn’t it! I debated it for a while too but I’ve done it today and it says on the tin it helps with constipation so we’ll see! I had to show my health visitor a picture of his poop for them to give me lactulose for it otherwise they wanted me to wait 5 days! Poor little things xx

We switched to Kendamil comfort two weeks ago and it’s massively helped with constipation, our daughters now going everyday and it’s a normal consistency x

@Catra I don’t get how they expect little ones not to go for a poo for five days! Imagine us not going for that long it would be painful! I think I will be getting some tins tomorrow and hopefully she will improve. Never thought I would be so excited to see someone poo🤣xx

@Georgie when you switched did you do it gradually or not? And I know @Evie it’s crazy! Poor things are screaming in agony with it too, it’s so sad xx

@Catra our LG did a ‘normal’ poop after 2 days and has been daily since x

We’ve changed from Aptamil to Kendamil Comfort 3 days ago due to baby girl being constipated for the second time in a week and omg the difference it has made! She now goes few times a day with no issues or discomfort x

@Viktoria do you find she’s hungrier with the comfort milk? My little boy had a full day of comfort milk yesterday and he was waking most of the night x

@Catra She has definitely been eating more often the last couple of days during the day but then doing the usual feeds every 3.5hrs in the night. Unsure if it is due to the formula or the growth spurt as she was 3 weeks on Wednesday, baby girl is also a big baby so she always had a bigger appetite, we’re currently on 120ml or 90ml with breast milk top up😅 x
