Car seat and Stroller Recommendations

I recommend starting with an infant car seat. It’s so convenient being able to click baby’s car seat into a stroller so you don’t have to wake them when you arrive somewhere, and with it being cold it’s nice to be able to bring the car seat inside so it can be room temperature. We are using the Graco Snugride 35 again with the Graco Snugrider Car Seat Carrier. If you want to go with a grow with me type car seat right away, we love our Graco Extend2Fit. (Can you tell we’re Graco fans? 🤣 jk, they’re just the most reasonably priced imo). I never used any infant strollers though, so I can’t recommend any of those

We have both Graco extend 2 fit, Britax and Uppababy mesa. Uppababy mesa and stroller has been wonderful and holds up really well. For car seat after newborn, I like the Britax slightly better than Graco bc it’s easier to install. Uppababy just released a new version of the stroller so maybe look for deals on previous version!

I got the graco travel system but I’d look up the best for your car because I know a lot of people that got the evenflo or mockingbird and they barley fit in their car, graco has had the most compatibility from what I’ve seen

@Lindi tons of YouTube videos and google results on different ones I didn’t know either till I randomly came across a vid dissing that car seat that spins because of that but yea like I said graco I’ve seen has the least amount of sizing issues

Whatever you do just pay attention to the weight of the items. I didn’t on my first pregnancy and that’s one thing I regretted. My travel set was so heavy the stroller 34lbs and infant carrier 18lbs not counting the baby weight
