Am I wrong for feeling frustrated?

I live in London and my neighbours keep mentioning that my outside bin is attracting flies due to what they assume are the baby’s nappies. I live in a terraced property so all the bins are all quite close together. I also share bins with downstairs neighbours. It’s getting on my nerves now because I double bag all the nappies and it’s the end of summer! Plus I always make sure the bins have their lids closed. What do they expect? They also made a comment during the hot weather a couple months ago. Am I just missing something here or is this unreasonable? It’s stupid but it’s getting me down

You can’t even be sure it’s because of the nappies Ridiculous! Rubbish is rubbish and flies like rubbish You shouldn’t have to explain or apologize for your rubbish especially if you’re being considerate which it sounds like you are being. Do you have a nappy bin? That may help so you’re putting the nappies outside less often but in one large bag Try not to let it get to you Especially without proof it’s from the nappies

@Dee yes I have a nappy bin but I’ve started to put the rubbish out every other day.

It is not the nappies bringing flies, summer brings flies. Someone just wants to look for trouble

Tell them to get a life and mind their own business!

Ignore them! They're just picking on you. No point in double bagging. Also it is quite cold now.
