Baby acne

I heard breastmilk works for baby acne, do i just apply it directly or mix it with vaseline/aquaphor?

Breastmilk made our baby acne worse. Tubby Todd all over ointment helped a lot and it started going away fully after the one month mark

My baby had some that was very mild but I just put fresh stuff right on her skin and it helped

I lathered my baby in breast milk and it’s worked wonders

I just apply fresh breastmilk with a wash cloth

I've been applying freshly expressed breast milk with my finger and nothing else. Just making sure to wash his face every morning to start over. Seems to be working for us.
