Struggling to poo

Can anyone help me my baby girl is 10 weeks old and it’s been 5 days since she’s had a poo, I’ve tried all Massages and legs etc, even tried gripe water and a warm bath but she still can’t poo. Went to the GP earlier and wasn’t helpful atall. Can anyone give me advice what I should try? Thanks
