Baby is the same size after a week

I scheduled a private ultrasound a week ago because we were going out of town and I wanted to be sure it had stuck in the right place due to a previous ectopic. A week ago they only did an outer ultrasound and they said it was hard to tell but it looked like it could he 5 weeks 6 days. I thought I was 6 and a half weeks then. Fast forward, I had my actual appointment today with my ob and this time with a vaginal ultrasound they measured me again at 6 weeks but this time with a heartbeat. Super worried that it's not growing. I am diebetic and have thyroid issues. Now I have to wait a week and a half to go back and see if there are any changes 🙏🏼
