Enjoy ur time and off maybe take more time for u ? Walk around or do small workouts. Prep meals maybe ? Clean ?

Get organized! Start with the things that will get you even more time back for yourself. Consider whether your routines are working for you or could use adjustment. Plan activities for the following day(s) and see how well you can stick to your plan. Get your paperwork (and your son's paperwork) together. Consider making a medical binder that you take to his appts. Look into current research and additional strategies for autism in your son's age group. (Or just general early childhood development) Schedule your own doctor and dentist appointments and attend to your own health. How much time do you have? My son is just about two and I feel like I am all ideas and no time, haha!

@Bonny I’ll have approx 27 hrs a week lol You have plenty of good ideas thank you so much for sharing. Good idea on the binder that would def make things easier.

You can go walking at a nature trail/park/window shopping. Invite a friend out for brunch, join a group on FB maybe a Pilates/yoga/waking group. Read. Do nails. Clean, prep meals. Go gym/swimming. Get a massage/facial/wax. Ask yourself what you want to do for your own MH or any physical things you would like to improve. Drop by a friends/sister sometimes. I’m all for the socialising, myself. I need daily adult interaction but if you don’t then look for things that can improve your physical or emotional MH. Take up a project- DIY. Look around the house and see what needs doing/what you’d like to do. Restore some old furniture etc. learn a new language/new hobby…. a million things you can do. 🙃
