Baby ache??

Looks like bites or possibly even hives, is baby well in themselves? x

I think he may have a wee cold... seems a bit snotty. I haven't been well last few days either. It seems worst after he wakes up (and is a bit hot usually on the side hes been lying on) but then it settles down once he's up... if that makes sense

Have you done the glass test to be sure?

Looks like neonatal spots to me which mine had too. I'd double check with midwife though to be safe

It's definitely heat related or looks much worse when he's hot. I am going to check with health visitor to make sure its nothing else. His skin has become a bit more pimpley / rough.
