Make sure she is hydrated, and try the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) diet. If she still does not eat and continues to poop I would take her to see the doctor.
When my daughter had similar issues, she went to gastro because it was a 4 month long issues with hospitalization etc. (Not trying to scare you i promise) she ended up being allergic to eggs. She never had hives or anything along those lines it's a GI reaction that was gastritis and gastroparesis. So if it is a frequent issue, I recommend getting a referral to gastro doctor. (Might not be the case but, we just thought she was picky and just not feeling good).
@Kennedy my daughter actually ate egg on Saturday night before she went to bed so maybe it could be this . Cause she normally never eats eggs
