Thumb tag accident!!! With a one year old ….

Today me and my bf moved the room around I found 2 thumb tags under the bed I knew there was 2 because i have a curtain that I have a thing that hold it on the wall … well anyways I threw them away in the trash….. I was with my one year old and my toddler I put them both in the room with the tv on and baby monitor on I have it on my phone and my bf has a it one the tablet…. I gave him the tablet told him pay attention to then please ima shower well I get out and I’m watching them they are fine watching tv my toddler he’s 2 and he’s jumping and when I go in the room he gets out he knows how to get of the toddler bed well he comes back in it but he’s kicking my 1 year old I tell him no stop doing that and I go back to my phone I bead my 1 year old grinding his teeth I think nothing of it because he always does it my 2 year old kicks his head again and I tell my 2 year old stop it …. This time I spell something and I think one of them popped I get my toddler and nothing I get my one year old I noticed he threw up I change his diaper no poop it’s just throw up he likes to make himself gag so I thought that’s what happened while I was in the shower but I didn’t even hear him throw up anyways I see something in his moth I get it out it’s a thumb tag I scream to my bf come here now he comes running he says what!?? I said look he had a thumb tag I noticed that he moved the camera and it was on the dresser I go and see if the other thumb tag is there it’s only one so I was like ok one in his mouth the other on the wall but then I get worried because the one for the calendar is missing I asked him did you ever find the one from the calendar he said no I looked for it everywhere and he had me confused because he was arguing with me he said the one from the camera fell off but bla bla I called the free nurse asked them what symptoms and she said just take them to the emergency room I was gonna take them we got into a heated argument he went to the room and found the one that was supposed to go to the calendar 📅 one So I was like ok I looked the thrash those 2 were in there then the one from my camera the 2 on the wall one was in my sons mouth the other was on the wall and then the calendar one we found too so I ended up not going to the emergency room but I’m very upset on how he didn’t look for the camera one knowing it fell and he didn’t care to look for it knowing he has 2 babies I’m very upset I can’t take a shower in peace I thank god that my son didn’t swallow the one he did have in his mouth I even looked back at my videos of the camera monitor and didn’t see when he got it …..
