Braxton hicks

Does anyone get a decent amount of Braxton Hicks that almost take ur breath away and tighten ur chest too? The weirdest feeling!

Yes! Mine are getting more intense and it feels like my heart is racing when I get them. Almost 30 weeks here

I recently had a blood panel and my RBC and HCT levels were on the lower end…not sure if there is any correlation but working on trying to get my iron levels higher

How do you know if it's Braxton Hicks? I'm noticing my stomach is getting harder sometimes during the day, but it doesn't hurt. Maybe a little uncomfortable and tight.
