Formula feeds - Prep machine

Is anyone using the Tommee Tippee Prep Machine? My sister has given me hers. I know it’s not recommended by the nhs which worries me but seems soooo much more convenient. Also, another one for convenience, how are people formula feeding when out and about? I’ve just spotted the Rapid Cool Baby Bottle Maker which looks quite good! We’ve been using the pre-made formula bottles but they’re expensive and I hate the single use plastic!

Used the perfect prep with my first and using it again now. As long as you shake up all the formula with the hot shot before adding the cold filtered water, and ensure you clean, descale and change the filter when you are prompted to by the lights, there should be no issue.

I love the rapid cool flask, I make all my bottles with it. I have a prep machine beside my bed that my friend gave me but I haven’t used it yet. At the minute I’m using pre made bottles at night until he starts needing more and turn I’ll probably try the prep machine. But yeah they are expensive

We use it, my midwife said it was fine aslong as we keep it clean and use the actual tommee tippee filters not like an own brand one as they have a special filter in them

We use the tommee tippee when we are at home and have had no issues. We also used it with our first and it’s the number one thing I recommend to anyone that is having a baby! When out and about, we use the Nuby Rapid Cool instead of premade formula and it’s a game changer!

I use it at home and did with my first born too. It’s so handy I’ve bought a second one for upstairs in the bedroom to the night feeds. I Run a clean cycle each week on it 👍

Used first prep first time and again now. I always do regular cleans and filter changes etc. also nuby rapidcool for out and about and hot shot method.

We used it for my first and again now and had no problems

Amazing, thank you so much everyone! 🤍
