Postpartum exercise

Hi all! This is my first pregnancy and I stopped exercising midway through pregnancy as spd/pgp was/is horrendous and really struggled physically. I’m now 36 weeks and can’t wait to be able to start exercising again like going running/gym. I know everyone’s different but is there any recommendations to how quickly I can go for a run/start working out again postpartum assuming no complications? How long did it take for you to get back into regular exercise? (More considering physical limitations rather than childcare etc)

I think they recommend 6 weeks before starting anything too hardcore! But listen to your body and build up slowly!
