Grey poop

My baby's (4.5 months) last two poops have been grey 😨 we can't get a hold of pediatrician until Monday. Do I go to the ER? He seems okay maybe a little grumpy and sleepy. Google says liver problems. Has anyone seen this before?

Go to ER, I've heard grey poop is not good

Did he eat anything new or only milk? My daughter had it a couple of times in a row then it went away after having banana for the first time not sure if there is any correlation to that. Is he teething?

@Tiffany Not really eat but we let him chew on a rib bone and he had a frozen blueberry in his mesh teether three days ago but it was so little I wouldn't think it could turn his poop. We ended up at the ER because I'd 100% rather be safe than sorry and they said he tested negative for any viruses and he otherwise looks healthy/has healthy vitals and that we should follow up with the pediatrician within 3 days

Just go to er for a peace of mind love or call the ER and ask what you should do

Update in case anyone was wondering. The pediatrician said she's not concerned because he is otherwise healthy. She advised I offer him 2oz of water a day for the next few days until his poop thins out because it has been super thick. If it doesn't get better she suggested we change formula.
